Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager in Birmingham.
Our client are involved in a variety of funded provisions such as Apprenticeships, Traineeships, AEB, Advanced Learner Loans and many more. They are looking for an individual to develop the organisation by engaging with learners and employers, recruiting people into the programmes and driving sales of the provisions available to the potential employers. If you have previously worked in sales or have relevant experience in working in a target driven environment, this role could be for you!

Role and Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for:
– Developing the organisation by selling across all the provisions they are involved in such as Apprenticeships, Learner loans, ESF, AEB and other
– Building relationships with new and existing clients to create opportunities to sell
– Create a pipeline to reach monthly, quarterly and annual targets
– Engage with learners, inform them of the provisions available and the benefits of it
– Provide line managers with accurate and timely reports
– Regularly updating the CRM system with relevant information

Experience and Skills:
The Business Development Manager will require the following:
– Experience working in a sales or recruitment role, selling a service
– Knowledge of the Employability and Skills sector
– Experience working in the Employability and Skills sector
– A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, externally and internally
– Experience working in a target driven environment
