Biden-Harris Administration Announces $79.8 Million for Drinking Water Infrastructure
Made possible by President Biden’s Investing in America agenda, new funding will help ensure that communities have access to clean and safe drinking water
LENEXA, KAN. (APRIL 4, 2023) – Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced $79.8 million to Iowa for essential drinking water infrastructure upgrades through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). Thanks to a $6 billion boost from President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, EPA is increasing the investments available to rebuild the nation’s water infrastructure.
