Established in 1973, Oxford Products Ltd (OXFORD) is a leading global supplier of motorcycle and bicycle products. The company is also the UK’s largest distributor of aftermarket two-wheeler products and enjoys strong continuous growth thanks to sustained investment in its 160 people, 20,000 products and 145,000 sq ft infrastructure.

As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we wish to expand our export team by recruiting a dynamic Export Business Development Manager (EBDM) who will support our plans for ambitious continued growth.
This role requires previous experience of account management and new business development into wholesale and/or national accounts; international sales experience would also be a significant advantage.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a history of sales success, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as self-discipline, self-motivation and a determination to succeed in a highly autonomous role.
Reporting directly to the Export Director, the EBDM will provide continued improvement of service levels to the company’s worldwide network of distributors and seek new routes to market, both within and without our core two-wheel industries. The aim is to maximise sales and market penetration in all countries; the primary strategy is to work with national distributors in as many countries as possible, but regional differences can require other approaches.
