Business Development Manager Joins Recruitment Group

Rotherham based apprentice to boardroom talent recruitment company Nicholas Associates Group has appointed Valantis Vattis as a new Business Development Manager in its NA Software division to grow sales for their newly released HR platform Erango.

Founded in 2008, NA Software launched Erango in 2021. This newly developed software offers a cloud-based HR platform that allows companies to organise and manage training, both online and in the classroom, whilst recording the skills of its people.

Valantis lives in Sheffield and previously worked as a regional business consultant for EE and BT. In his new role he will be responsible for new business acquisition and existing account growth through account management and building closer relationships with clients, prospects and strategic partners.

Erango can be set up and deployed in 2 minutes. The intuitive platform is easy to navigate and is already used by a wide range of companies including Stafforce who use it to train and track over 5500 temporary workers completing over 25,000 courses such as food safety, hygiene training and accreditations, health and safety training courses, GDPR compliance and allergy training courses. The software can also be used to record transferable skills and competencies to identify people who could work in other roles and departments.

In his spare time Valantis is a keen baker and currently in the process of perfecting his Victoria sandwich sponge cake. He has also cycled for eight hours straight in order to raise money for the RSPCA.

The Erango platform is used by a wide variety of clients in a wide range of sectors including Hospitality & Leisure, Marine, Recruitment and Food Manufacturing. It is also used internally across the NA Group to enable the delivery of training and competency management to employees in addition to the thousands of temporary workers each year.
