Are you an ambitious account manager with experience in private label beauty, cosmetics, or personal care?
Do you understand the complexities of innovation, managing a critical path and all the commercials to ensure you exceed targets but not budgets?
As an experienced key account or business development manager within the FMCG or beauty industry you will be a champion of the customer relationship, driving strategic development, sales and profit margin and communicating new business opportunities.
You will nurture and grow key retail accounts as well as using your market knowledge to seek out new revenue. You will constantly be looking to exceed your customer’s expectations both in terms of innovation and creative initiatives, working closely with the brand teams and customer service, as well as the labs, manufacturing and supply chain, with the aim to deliver OTIF with every order.
You will have a great eye for the numbers, taking ownership of the P&L, checking product costings and stock forecasts to ensure all activity delivers the sales and budgetary requirements for a healthy profit. also working with the analysts to tract EPOS data and ensure the continues success of your products.
