The bustle of the ever-expanding Fosse Park shopping centre would be an exciting work environment wouldn’t it?
The retail haven, on the outskirts of Leicester, is always evolving and new businesses are taking shape right now – and that means there are jobs available.
We’ve taken a look at the opportunities now open at some of the centre’s established outlets and at those which have only recently announced their arrivals there.

Most of these posts are in the food and retail sectors, but the management team which oversees Fosse Park has some openings of its own to fill.
Isha Patisserie is one of the new faces at the park. It describes itself as a ‘brand-new and exciting brasserie concept’.
It is looking for an experienced general manager and a number of other key people for the team it is putting together.
Posts currently advertised on the Fosse Park website include waiting staff, a head chef and a pastry chef.
The firm says: “We’re looking for fun and ambitious staff who are passionate about delivering amazing service when it comes to coffee and mocktails!
“You will be immersed in a world of non-alcoholic drinks that are unique and exciting and trained to be the best in the business.
‘Handcrafted’ burger specialists Boo hopes to find a number of team members for its new venture.
It says: “We aim to create a vibrant and electric environment, where all staff members thrive, with opportunities to progress and develop into senior positions within the organisation.
“As a Boo Team Member, you will learn as you grow – training on every aspect of the operation and progressing in responsibility and pay.
“You will gain experience and new skills to help you contribute to your success and ours.
“We’re going through a period of rapid growth, today’s team members can easily be tomorrow’s store managers.”
Meanwhile, ‘urban’ Lebanese outlet Fattoush – ‘fusing iconic Middle Eastern flavours with a contemporary twist’ – is also looking for a number of new staff, including a store manager.
It says: “Currently we are looking for team members to join our team at our new flagship restaurant in Fosse Park.

“The ideal candidate would be friendly, customer orientated, sociable and keen to work.
Over at Chaiiwala, they are looking for front of house and kitchen staff.
The company says: “We are Chaiiwala! A fast growing food chain specialising in chaii and street food throughout the UK, Scotland, Canada.
“We are looking for easy-to-get-along individuals with lots of experience in food and beverage or hospitality. At Chaiiwala we are people from all walks of Life.
“People are at the heart of everything we do and they make the Chaiiwala experience.”
Fosse Park itself is also advertising a number of roles, including apprenticeships.
It is looking to recruit a business administrator apprentice – which is describes as an ‘incredible opportunity”.
It says: “This apprenticeship opportunity will suit an enthusiastic, ‘people person’ who would like to join an innovative management team in one of the UK’s most successful retail destinations, Fosse Shopping Park.
“Working directly with, and under the tutelage of the centre administrator, this apprenticeship will deliver an excellent grounding in business administration within a fast paced and ever-changing working environment.”
The centre is also looking for cleaning staff to keep the park looking good both inside and out.
High street favourite Boots is currently recruiting an account manager to oversee Puig fragrances such as Carolina Herrera, Nina Ricci, Paco Rabanne and Jean Paul Gaultier, at its Fosse Park store.
It says: “This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury fragrance brands, who wants to grow their career with a third generation family business.”
Leicestershire-based Next is filling several roles as it looks to the weeks and months ahead, including the busy summer sales period.
The branch is looking for members of its sales support team as well as a sales consultant.
