With the highest real estate sale in Dallas-Fort Worth on record for the past several years, Allie Beth Allman & Associates agents led the estate home market in 2021.

Quarter after quarter, the brokerage sold more homes priced at $2 million and higher than any other competitor in Dallas County, according to an analysis of the Multiple Listing Service. The brokerage sold more than $3 billion in all of 2021.

It takes a unique combination of marketing strategy and time-tested networking to sell an estate home. Allman agents use their market knowledge to create a sales plan that presents the home through extraordinary photography, video and copywriting.

As the local luxury real estate market continues to be the strongest it has been in decades, buyers and sellers need an agent with proven negotiating skills, a legacy of success in the luxury space and the right connections. Those are the strengths the Allman team brings to the deal.

Alex Perry listed the Volk Estates residence situated on almost 2 gated acres at 6601 Hunters Glen Road. The three-story, five-bedroom estate has 10 woodburning fireplaces, courtyards and gardens, including a sculpture garden. That record-setting sale in January 2021 set the tone for extraordinary estate marketing and sales for the year.

Terri Cox handled the sale of the six-bedroom estate at 5031 Deloache Ave. in Preston Hollow. The home has more than 15,000 square feet of living space and an interior transformed by designer Robert Trown to include a billiards room, media room and wine room. The primary suite includes a two-story closet.

A testament to the brokerage’s deep network, Allman agents often brought the buyer to estates listed by their colleagues.

In Old Preston Hollow, Alex Perry and Elizabeth Wisdom listed the Mediterranean-style estate at 10203 Hollow Way Road. Stephanie Pinkston and Margie Harris found the buyer. The estate comprises more than 10,000 square feet of living space and is situated on 2 gated, resort-worthy acres.

In Highland Park, Holly Thompson represented the sellers of the estate at 3721 Beverly Drive. In addition to the location, the major renovations in 2013 and 2019-20 appealed to the buyers. The property includes a two-story pool house.
