Bridgeway has announced two new hires of a Community Engagement Director and a new role of Vice President of Business Development.
Monquiz Wedlow will step into the VP of Business Development role bringing ten years of hospital senior management experience.
In previous roles, he focused on business development, team-building, and cultivating partnerships within the healthcare communities specializing in mental health and substance abuse operations.
Wedlow graduated from and played football at Michigan State University, which he credits for instilling in him a fierce work ethic.
Keri Dodson is the new Community Engagement Director.
She’s also a 2018 graduate of Monmouth College where she earned a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and Communication Studies, and then a Master’s from Western Illinois University in Sports Management.

She will oversee direct public relations efforts, community event planning, and the creation of Bridgeway’s promotional materials.
