We’re looking for a colleague responsible for business development with experience in attracting potential customers and their conversion into opportunities. We aim to expand outside the Czech Republic into other European countries. In short, you’ll have to be able to use your own initiative when working and you need to be interested in the world of start-ups and taking up opportunities to start something new. You should be the type of person who wants to learn, to join a small and energetic team, and to lead our international expansion.

What your tasks will be?

• Mapping and performing the analysis of opportunities (Europe)

• Actively seeking potential customers – you can choose your own methods

• Proposing strategies for attracting customers

• Communication

• Coming up with new creative ways of writing more and more successful e-mail sequences

YOU and what we expect

• You have some previous experience with business development, or you are eager to get on the path of sales career

• You’re not afraid to seek out new potential customers and communicate with leaders such as CMO / CEO / owners of big important companies

• It’s necessary to be able to communicate in English – good writing skills in both Czech and English will be a great advantage

• You have no difficulty in meeting new people, enjoying the conversation flow, and leading a conversation via mail and calls.
